I interrupt the have-my-family-answer-questions series to present some What I Wore Wednesday and other photos. First of all, I parked my car next to my dream car this morning!

Then, at lunch, I walked around.
You know something that has always made me think? Those shirts/ mugs/ swag that are like, “[insert city here] is for lovers.” Because, I feel (and it’s not like I’m the expert) that if you’re in love you could be anywhere and still viewing the world through a blissful hipster filter of love and excitement.
Likewise, it’s struck me that, when I travel, I’m more attuned to detail and beauty, simply because my heart is open.
So, today at lunch I walked around like a tourist and took pictures of things. Not because I’m great, but just because: why not?

On to my clothing!
I have this thing where I don’t like changing outfits. So, if I have something special in the evening I’d rather wear those evening clothes all day.
Tonight there is a rummage sale that I plan on attending. (It counts as something special, OK??) Planning on taking that twenty dollah bill I got for my birthday from my Godparents, yo. Tonight I’m looking for sweaters and maybe my lucky yellow skirt…and boots. Since it’s a rummage sale, though, my heart is open. And I’ve dressed accordingly, as graphed below:

Probably all of this outfit has been thrifted. It’s who I am.
Plus, a hipster man on a bicycle told me, “Nice dress,” as he pedaled by. It’s a skirt, but I forgive him.
Aaaaaand here’s some chalk art that I saw and photographed because I’m five years old:

I think everyone should celebrate their inner artist today. Even if you’re just coloring. 🙂
Have a great Wednesday! Celebrate beauty!
