SEASHELL NELL

This is my Camino. Welcome.

Celebrity Interview. With my sister.

Ceebs is back in town for the holidays, so I thought you’d probably love to hear a celeb interview with this queen. Enjoy. We’re all ready for this.

Where do you most hope to visit?

Mmmmm. The Holy Land.

Me: What do you want to do there? See there?

I think it’s pretty cool that the three biggest religions have roots there, but, also to walk in the proverbial footsteps of Jesus would be pretty cool.

What’s your favorite book?

I don’t like books, really.

What is your most-used emoji?

Heart-eyed face and painted nails.

Me: Why painted nails?

Because one of my friends is this guy I text and for some reason [the nail polish emoji] annoys me, so we started doing it as an annoyance, back and forth.

If you could spend a day in someone else’s shoes, whose would they be? Why?

Lyle Wilson.

Me: Why?

Because he does this, like, paragliding thing. And I wouldn’t want to do it long-term but, like, one day sounds cool.

What’s one thing your mother/father taught you that completely changed your life?

Whoa.

To be generous.

What’s been on your mind lately?

Why don’t I have a boyfriend and why is everyone else getting married?

What’s the first career you dreamed of having as a kid?

Professional soccer player. *thinks* mmmm…centaur.

What’s the last text you sent?

Oh geez.

Me: Read it, no context.

“Counting crows?”

What’s the best piece of advice you’ve ever been given?

People say that they’re not ready to get married or get a new job or xyz, but, you know how you get ready? You do it. And then you’re ready.

Where is your happy place?

On the soccer field.

Or adoration.

What is a dream you have that you’ve yet to achieve?

Work for a professional soccer team or be a mom.

Me: Well, you’ll get to work for a professional soccer team this summer.

My mom, who is listening in: But she didn’t do it *yet.*

What’s something you say you’ll do, but never will?

Like, historically?

Me: Mmmhmmm.

I don’t know. Maybe get a tattoo.

Any parting advice that you’d give to middle school you?

*laughs* Don’t worry, you’re as fat and as ugly as you’ll ever be. It doesn’t get worse than this. Also, clothes get cuter as the decades go on, and the dresses fit better.

  1. Your sister is a very pretty girl. Why no boyfriend? Her hairstyling is extremely
unconventional making her look like a protester or radical issue person – so out
of the norm in a scary way. I think she can change her life with a
    “normal” hairdo.
