Can I just have a second to talk about grey?
People say that black is the best color to wear, and they say it’s the most versatile and the best and all that jazz.
I beg to differ.
Because you’re not supposed to wear black with brown.
Or blue.
Or navy.
(As if I follow any of these rules anyway).
ANYWAY.
May I present an option I much prefer? Grey, you guys. Grey is so versatile. Worn with blue? Like a dream. With brown? Natural beauty. With navy? Perfect? With black? Ayyyyyyyyy, classy lady!
I bought this sweater, wool and warm, from a second-hand shop. I saw it and I was like, “COME. TO. MAMA.” Wool is forever one of my favorite fibers for one million reasons, and I knew that the color would serve me well.
Also, I have a new favorite way of wearing scarves, and it’s like being a WWII fighter pilot only fewer stunts and more oxygen.
I take my lighter, more summer-y scarves, and I put them under my sweaters and shirts. Oh yes.
Oh, do you want to talk about my earrings because they are one of the best pairs you have ever seen in your life?
