Sometimes, on the Feast of the Presentation, the priest will be like, “Anna was like that old lady at church. Every church has one, you know? She’s always there, blah blah blah” and everyone kind of laughs and nudges each other and I REALIZE THAT THAT’S KIND OF ME AND I’M NOT ABOVE THIS BOTTOM-FEEDER SPIRITUALITY, MMMM KAY?
LISTEN TAH ME. Today is the Feast of St. Andrew. Once, I found an old holy card and it had this prayer on it, and you start this prayer today, end it on Christmas. I’m telling you this because 1. it’s a really beautiful way to prepare and 2. this prayer is for the hardcore stuff that needs prayer and 3. somehow, this prayer gets answered in big ways. Seriously, though. I use it for the big time stuff, and Christmas grace is the real deal.
You can be like, “Well, she’s just a hippie old lady Catholic reading the vintage holy cards,” and that’s kind of a thing, but maybe someone needs something intense, and I’m just going to point them in this direction. Like a hippie.

Done. Shortest post. I just wanted you to have the prayer since today is the day you need to start.
XOXOXOXO,
N
P.S. I’ll enroll you in mine, too, if you’d like.
