My car’s (THE NEW CAR!!) check engine light came on yesterday and I just about cried…that kind of week, ya’ll. So, I went to adoration instead of crying (all about those healthy choices), and today my dad was like, “the internet says this one thing just needs to be oiled and stuff” and I was thanking each of my lucky stars for that.

I made cauliflower crust pizza today, nibbled the crust even though it's for tomorrow.

When in doubt: make delicious food. Is that a saying? No? Well…it could be, if we wanted it to.

Here’s something gluten free and delicious and I don’t even feel guilty eating the entire half of a pizza since it’s made out of VEGETABLES: cauliflower crust pizza. I’m a believer.

…I also made a clafouti, a gluten-free French-dessert thang. I have a gluten-free recipe, but here’s a photo of what it could look like if you didn’t photograph it in THE DARK. Small matters. It was tasty. I used pluots and blackberries as filling. Late summer YUM.
